Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is your responsibility to purchase.
By declining travel insurance, you accept full financial responsibility for any cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
Blue Kite Travel Co is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or additional expense arising from travel services.
This includes, but is not limited to, supplier actions, weather events, mechanical failures, schedule changes, illness, pandemics, government actions, or supplier default.
Blue Kite Travel Co is not responsible for any failure or delay due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, weather, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes for services that have been authorized and processed in accordance with supplier terms.
You agree to address any concerns directly with Blue Kite Travel Co prior to initiating any dispute.
